FastTrack Music Instruction: Harmonica 1
FastTrack Music Instruction: Harmonica 1 - Harmonica (Instrumental Folio)
48 pages, Item number 1370013DV, $8.95

"FastTrack" is (you guessed it) a fast way to learn to play your new harmonica. If you are skeptical of method books (usually quite boring), "FastTrack" has tried to make itself different from the rest: user-friendly, plenty of cool songs and a lot more fun. In addition to teaching you what you need to know about your harp, they've included lots of stuff you want to know like scales, riffs, chords, techniques, rock style, blues style, syncopation and much more. Also included in the last section of the book is corresponding music to the other "FastTrack" series of books (keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, lead singer, and saxophone) so that you and your friends can form a band and jam together. If that is not an option, the book also includes a full accompaniment CD to the lessons and songs featured in the package. Grab this music and a good harmonica and you'll be playing songs in no time!

Notes about the CD: Each music example in the book is included on the CD, so you can hear how it sounds and play along when you are ready. Each example on the CD is preceded by one measure of "clicks" to indicate the tempo and meter. Pan right to hear the instrumental part emphasized and pan left to hear the accompaniment only.
